Who are we?

Our travel story began at college in 2008.
As fresh IT guys, we took advantage of Ryanair’s promotion from Bratislava to Bergamo for an unbelievable €0.
And that’s when we hopped on the metaphorical travel train that can’t be stopped 🙂

Traveling and discovering new corners of the world is our greatest passion and sometimes even an obsession. The idea to start documenting our experiences arose in 2011 after visiting the Hawaiian Islands.

We are delighted to inspire you and provide practical information and tips for unforgettable experiences exploring new cultures, flavors, and scents. Today marks over 15 years of our active travels, and our team is also enriched by our better halves 🙂 We have visited more than 50 countries, over 70 islands, and adventurous destinations like Hawaii, French Polynesia, Chile, New Zealand, Fiji, and Seychelles.

He can be easily persuaded into any nonsense and prefers nature to busy cities. He is also the main driver on trips, and when he gets excited about something, it’s hard to talk him out of it.

He is maximalist when it comes to the program and minimalist when it comes to costs. He is fascinated by forgotten beaches and tall buildings. During trips, he is the main navigator and route mapper.
