All this is offered by one of the youngest European countries which was created in 2006 by seceding from Serbia. Yes, you may already guess that we are talking about Montenegro - Crna Gora. It bears the title of the most ecologically friendly country in the world thanks to 54 km2 of untouched forest in the Biogradska Gora National Park. 60% of the territory is occupied by mountains with elevations over 1000 meters above sea level.

We have selected beaches that have impressed us the most in the area around Malaga and Gibraltar. You can find them clearly marked on our travel map.

Malaga in the south of Spain is easily accessible today thanks to several low-cost airlines, such as Level, Ryanair, or Wizzair. We have decided to combine the port city with an adventurous trip to Gibraltar and the most beautiful beaches in the area. If you have enough time, the historical cities of Alhambra, Ronda, and Cadiz are also worth a visit. We recommend them all.

Crete is the largest Greek island. It is considered the cradle of European civilization. The island was the center of the Minoan civilization, and according to Greek mythology, the ruler of the Olympic gods, Zeus, was born here. We decided to focus on its western part, where there are unique pink beaches. And literally.

The Azores Islands are considered to be some of the most beautiful islands in the world. They are not overcrowded with tourists, so you can fully enjoy walks in untouched nature and peace. Judge for yourself in the photos sent to us by our friend Juraj :)

Glorious bridges, churches and cathedrals, tiled houses and narrow streets. The mouth of the golden Douro River, where the world-famous wine is born. And last but not least, the Atlantic coast within reach. All this and much more you can experience in the second largest city in Portugal, Porto. Moreover, nearby you can discover the Portuguese Venice - the town of Aveiro and the endless white beach - Costa Nova Beach with sand dunes, like in the Canary Islands.

Barcelona, the capital of Catalonia, is the second largest city in Spain. Apart from its seaside location, it is known for its fairytale architecture by the famous Antoni Gaudí. Who wouldn't recognize the iconic Sagrada Familia, Park Güell, or the twisted buildings? Along with beautiful Barcelona, be sure to dedicate one day to the enchanting Montserrat mountain, which is just a short distance from the city.

During the day at the beach and in the evening at a wild party, that's how everyone imagines the island of Ibiza. The important thing is then to find the right balance so that both the liver and the wallet can handle it. We recommend combining a visit to Ibiza with an even more beautiful island of Formentera, where on paper is the most beautiful beach in Europe - Platja de Ses Illetes.
