Amsterdam – the capital of the country of tulips, cheese, and windmills

0
On the first day of spring, we planned a trip to the land of tulips, cheese, and windmills. Flights to the capital city of Amsterdam for 94€ are hard to resist. Who wouldn't want to visit this world-famous city where you can cruise by boat on the canals like in Venice, immerse yourself in the scent of coffeeshops, or take a walk through the controversial Red Light District.

Malmö & Copenhagen – Nordic City Break

0
Going to an even colder place in winter is quite globetrotterish. Thanks to the cheap Wizz Air, we're taking a trip to Swedish Malmo for 30 euros. And right here you can kill two birds with one stone. Since the breathtaking Oresund Bridge was built, you're just a stone's throw away from Copenhagen. Picturesque colorful houses, cozy cafes, a zone with only three rules, buying tickets through a mobile app, and driverless metro.

Rome – Wanderings in the ancient city

0
We have learned about ancient Rome in history class, almost everyone. It sprawled over 7 hills on the eastern bank of the Tiber River. The center of activity was the Roman Forum, whose remnants have survived to this day. Impressive buildings such as the Pantheon and the Colosseum have endured for a whole 2000 years. And what does the Eternal City look like today?

Dubai – Our Winter Exotic Destination

0
A city built in the desert, skyscrapers reaching into the sky, the tallest building, the highest hotel, the most luxurious hotel, the largest shopping center, the biggest fountain, the largest flower garden, the biggest fireworks display in the world? Yes, you are definitely right to guess that we are talking about the fairytale Dubai.

Sicily – San Vito Lo Capo

0
The cold weather in Slovakia has forced us to think about where to go for warmth in the autumn. Ryanair tickets for 58€ to Sicily didn't take long to convince us. After our colleague's previous trip across Sicily, we focused on the northwestern part of the island, San Vito Lo Capo. This charming town with a beautiful beach and Mount Monaco offers a perfect relaxation for a long weekend.

Fuerteventura – Endless beaches

0
Endless beaches with white sand are not only in the Caribbean. You can find them also in Europe on one of the Canary Islands - Fuerteventura. In translation, it means great adventure or strong wind, but you will definitely experience both. Our route was a bit more complicated from Budapest with a layover in Madrid, but we didn't let that discourage us. After all, where else in Europe do you have water temperature above 20°C in the middle of April?

Dominican Republic – December in the Caribbean

0
Imagine an endless white beach with azure blue water, mixed drinks from morning till night, sailing on a catamaran to a pirate island, or riding on buggies. Had enough of the provocation? This dream came true for us thanks to Swiss Air. We had four destinations to choose from - the Dominican Republic, Cuba, Maldives, and Mauritius. In the end, the Caribbean won and we can share our experiences with you.

Stockholm – The Venice of the North

0
Stockholm is a modern European capital city spread across 14 smaller islands. You can fly here for a few euros, but then get ready for quite an expensive stay. Our round-trip flight from Budapest cost us 10€. In September, the climate is around 15-20 degrees, so a t-shirt, jacket, and you can go explore the charm of northern Europe.

Cyprus – Getting to know the island of the goddess Aphrodite

0
The summer hasn't even started properly yet and we are already buying tickets to Cyprus. For 50 euros from Budapest, it's probably an unbeatable price. There is just one catch - you will arrive in Paphos and Ayia Napa is on the other end of the island. If you don't rent a car, I would only plan activities around Paphos, because it's quite a distance by bus.

Tenerife – A small paradise in the shadow of a volcano

0
To bathe in the ocean in the morning and conquer an almost four-thousand-meter peak in the afternoon? Why not, it's a perfect option on the island of Tenerife. At the end of April, we are heading to this largest of the Canary Islands. We had to look for flights a bit more complicatedly, as we flew on the second to last flight to Gran Canaria.

Bora Bora without a travel agency

Do you dream of waking up one day in paradise? When God created the Earth, he poured half of his beauty into the island of Bora Bora. The name comes from Tahitian "Pora pora mai te pora", which translates to "created by the gods." A perfect half-circle with a dazzling turquoise lagoon, whose color transitions could not be painted even by the best painter. We fulfilled our dream of French Polynesia on the second attempt and will try to send you a piece of this paradise in our article. And maybe one day you will fulfill this dream too :)
